Emplyees of the Institute of Cardiology of the Jagiellonian University Medical College as well as students of medicine from Jagiellonian University Medical College have free access to workshop venues (for details see Registration section).
On-site registration is possible (only in PLN) , however, pre-registration is preferable.
Cancellation of participation till November 15, 2010 – 50% refund. No refund after this date.
