New Frontiers in Interventional Cardiology workshop (NFIC) is an annual meeting in Krakow (Poland) which gathers cardiologists, surgeons, angiologists and radiologists from Europe and USA.
The first meeting took place in 1999 and since then it has grown into an international workshop with more than 1400 participants each year (doctors, nurses, pharmaceutical industry). The course focuses mainly on acute coronary syndromes and live case presentations with panel discussions. However, sessions on structural heart disease, peripheral atherosclerotic disease and cardiac imaging are also held every year.
